Bellvista Student Lodge has been stunningly designed, with you the student in mind. Our rooms offer a splash of luxury, with the feeling of a modern boutique hotel. From the private en-suite rooms to our stunning communal areas, braai area and ample secure parking you will feel safe and at home.
The Lodge
The Lodge building comprises of 38 luxury single rooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, over two floors. There are 11 private units on the ground level and 27 private units on the upper level. On the ground floor you will find our brand new, modern communal kitchen and social area, as well as the covered braai area which can be booked on request.
The Annex
The Annex comprises of three separate buildings, each over two floors offering a total of 30 single en-suite single rooms. Each floor of five en-suite single rooms has a central shared kitchen and lounge area, and students are also encouraged to make use of the communal areas in The Lodge building.

Security is always a priority at Bellvista – the property is owned by the University of Stellenbosch, and as such our Code of Conduct and management are always within keeping of a high standard. See below some of the security measures we have in place:
